On November 26, members of Impact France's Cercle Start-ups gathered for an evening of dialogue between impact start-ups and political decision-makers.

The evening brought together the movement's leading innovative entrepreneurs to exchange ideas in an intimate and privileged setting. After a few words from Pierre Macé, CEO of the Fédération Nationale des Caisses d'Épargne (FNCE), which hosted the event, and Julia Faure, co-president of Impact France, the leaders exchanged views with two members of parliament: Anne-Cécile Violland and Charles Fournier.

Transparent dialogue on impact innovation

The evening was punctuated by a live exchange between the executives and MPs Charles Fournier (EELV) and Anne-Cécile Violland (Horizons). The two members of parliament, from different political persuasions, work together around a common conviction: social and environmental innovation is a strategic lever for national sovereignty. Vision of innovation, transparent coalition, consequences of the 2026 budget: the discussions were promising for building new compromises in favor of social and environmental innovation, and confirmed that it is essential to create a constant dialogue with political decision-makers and propose clear, defensible common objectives.

Workshops to progress between peers

The evening also provided an opportunity to address two priority issues for circle members: effective advocacy in the current political context, and managing cash flow as an impact start-up.

Presentations byAlizée Lozac'hmeur (makesense) and Nicolas Schweitzer (La Vie) explored possible advocacy strategies as an impact start-up in a shifting political context: coalitions, campaigns, taking a stand, etc.

In addition, Lauren Faber (Caisse d'Épargne ) and Aymeric Grange (900.care) shared their advice on how to manage a start-up's cash flow, particularly in phases of uncertainty. It's an opportunity to make concrete progress on a key issue, and to share needs and recommendations with peers.

The evening provided an excellent opportunity to forge links, encourage dialogue and build compromises in the service of committed leaders. Throughout the year, the Cercle start-ups works to ensure that social and ecological innovation is recognized as a genuine driving force behind a fairer, more sovereign and sustainable economic model.
