A forward-looking voice for employers - Strategic partnership with the Collectif Dirigeants Responsables (Responsible Leaders Collective)

We are proud to announce the signing of a partnership with the Collectif Dirigeants Responsables (Responsible Leaders Collective) to pursue a shared ambition: to strengthen a forward-looking employer voice capable of promoting and nurturing the growth of businesses throughout France that are founded on the environmental, social, and health quality of their products and services.

Against a backdrop of significant economic, industrial, and democratic change, the two networks of leaders have chosen to form an alliance to develop a credible, demanding, and realistic employer model, supported by those who are entrepreneurs on a daily basis.

Impact France and the Collectif Dirigeants Responsables share the same conviction: the future of the French economy depends on companies that are able to combine value creation, product and service quality, and social and regional responsibility.

This partnership aims to:

• bring together networks of leaders committed to a shared vision of the company;
• amplify an independent, constructive, and solution-oriented employer voice in the public debate;
• reporting on the realities on the ground to inform economic and political decisions.

The collaboration between our two organizations will take concrete form at both the local and national levels through: 

• enhanced cooperation in the regions, promoting synergies between local networks and the dissemination of demanding entrepreneurial practices;
• increased coordination of advocacy efforts, in order to collectively represent the interests of companies that invest in the quality and sustainability of their business models;
• dissemination of the Impact Score, to objectively measure and promote corporate engagement; 
• The involvement of the Collectif Dirigeants Responsables (Responsible Leaders Collective) in the Summer Universities of Tomorrow's Economy, a major national event for reflection and mobilization among leaders, as well as the involvement of the Mouvement Impact France (Impact France Movement) in the Universities of Responsible Economy, a major event for the Responsible Leaders network taking place this year on June 11 and 12 in Tours.
