Rungis&Co, the food incubator that works with market players to transform the food value chain over the long term.
Located at the heart of the Rungis market, it is a project supported by SEMMARIS, the company managing the Rungis MIN (Marché d'Intérêt National), and Schoolab, an international innovation studio based in Paris, San Francisco and Hô Chi Minh.
Our mission is to contribute to the environmental and social transition of the Rungis Market and the food system in general. In particular, we focus on 3 key issues: encouraging a circular economy in the food system, improving transparency and traceability, and decarbonizing the supply chain.
