Baluchon

Created in 2019 and supported by the À Table Citoyens association, the Baluchon incubator offers support dedicated to the culinary trades, located in the heart of priority neighborhoods and committed to the food transition. From awareness-raising to incubation, it is open to to anyone wishing to learn about culinary entrepreneurship or receive support in developing and professionalization of their catering business.
