On February 12, 2026, Impact France inaugurates its first University of Tomorrow's Energy, a unique event that will bring together several hundred economic, political, and institutional leaders in Paris to discuss a key issue: collectively ending our dependence on fossil fuels and successfully transitioning France to renewable energy.
In a context marked by climate emergency, geopolitical tensions, and massive investment needs, the energy issue is no longer sector-specific. It is economic, industrial, social, and democratic. It is precisely to respond to this complexity that Impact France is creating this new major event.
The energy transition still too often suffers from fragmented approaches. Producers, manufacturers, regions, financiers, public decision-makers: everyone is moving forward, sometimes quickly, but rarely together.
The University of Tomorrow's Energy was born out of a strong conviction: there can be no credible energy trajectory without collective alignment. Alignment of objectives, public policies, investments, and corporate strategies.
This event is a continuation of the Cercle Énergie d'Impact France, launched in 2025, which already brings together more than 200 players from across the energy value chain, from start-ups to large groups, throughout the country.
Achieving a 90% reduction in emissions by 2040 and carbon neutrality by 2050 requires:
The University of Tomorrow's Energy aims to develop a shared vision of the national energy trajectory, capable of guiding both public action and private decisions to break our dependence on fossil fuels.
Co-sponsored by numerous major professional organizations—France Renouvelables, Union Française de l’Électricité, France Hydrogène, Start Industrie, CleanTech for France, Transport & Environnement, Charge France, and many others—the University of Tomorrow's Energy embodies an unprecedented alignment of the economic world.
This coalition demonstrates a shared desire: to move forward together, overcome sectoral divisions, and speak with a strong, ambitious, and audible voice to decision-makers.
Over the course of half a day, the event will offer:
The University of Tomorrow's Energy aims to be both a space for strategic reflection and a catalyst for concrete action.
Because where there is a common goal, there is a way.
See you on February 12, 2026, in Paris for the first University of Tomorrow's Energy.
