The Impact 40/120 Index returns in 2026 with a renewed commitment to spotlight impact-driven startups by highlighting the 120 most promising ones, including the 40 future impact unicorns.
Hundreds of entrepreneurs have applied to benefit from the visibility offered by the index, made possible by a groundbreaking partnership with Les Echos.
For this third edition, leading experts in impact innovation have come together to select the startups that will remain in, join, or exit the index in 2026.
First, the Selection Committee—comprising leading organizations in the impact ecosystem (makesense, Ticket for Change, Bpifrance Le Hub, France Digitale, INCO, La Ruche, Impact France)—has expanded this year with the addition of Cleantech for France and Cleantech Open France, thereby strengthening its expertise on environmental transition issues.
The Grand Jury, composed of inspiring and dedicated individuals involved with the index, provides a complementary and strategic perspective to identify the most promising trajectories among the winners.
For the 2026 edition, the jury builds on the continued commitment of members who served on the previous edition—such as Brune Poirson, Frédéric Mazzella, and Mamadou Dembele—and welcomes new members to further diversify its expertise and perspectives.
Among them: Julien Dupont-Calbo (Les Échos), Anne Pointet (BNP Paribas), Anthony Babkine (Diversidays), Moussa Camara (Les Déterminés), Emmanuel Arnaud (HomeExchange), Thibault Lamarque (Castalie), Benoît Hamon (Singa), and Véronique Torner (Numeum).
The members of the jury and the Impact France Innovation Circle invite you to join them on March 30 at ChangeNOW to discover the most promising impact startups of 2026.
