SAMOA Economic hub

Samoa is a Société Publique Locale created in 2003 by Nantes Métropole, dedicated to the development of the Ile de Nantes and the creative and cultural industries. It offers support, accommodation and animation services for creative and cultural players in the Nantes metropolitan area and the Pays de la Loire region. It has 10 business real estate sites, including Halles 1 & 2, a 3,400 m² building entirely dedicated to the creative and cultural industries, designed as a platform for ideation, prototyping, development and valorization.
