The Pôle d'Économie Solidaire 21 (PES 21) is an association created in 1997, dedicated to promoting the social and solidarity economy (SSE) in the Côte-d'Or. It supports project leaders in the creation, takeover and development of social and solidarity-based businesses, thus promoting job creation and local economic development.
